The 1st Primary School of Karla-Stefanovikeio is organising an Erasmus Days 2026 event to present and disseminate the experiences and outcomes of its Erasmus+ KA122-SCH project “Resilience Through Education: Empowering Teachers and Students for Environmental Awareness and Well-Being”.
Teachers will share their experiences and key learning from training mobilities in Spain, Italy and Sweden, as well as from a job-shadowing activity in Cyprus, focusing on environmental education, well-being, resilience and positive school environments.
The event will also feature two guest speakers: psychologist Sofia Balamoti, who will address the importance of strengthening resilience in children and adults, and biologist Giannis Vergos, Deputy Head of the Management Unit of Protected Areas of Thessaly (N.E.C.C.A.), who will present the management and future prospects of the Karla–Mavrovouni protected area.
The event will conclude with an open discussion, encouraging the exchange of experiences and ideas among participants and promoting the values of learning, cooperation, environmental responsibility and well-being.
