Project Management & KA152 Workshop

The “Project Management & KA152 Workshop” is a hands-on, interactive training session designed to equip young people, volunteers, and youth workers with the essential skills needed to design and execute successful Erasmus+ Youth Exchange projects. Participants are guided through the entire lifecycle of a KA152 initiative—from brainstorming impactful ideas and building international partnerships to navigating the grant application process, managing budgets, and applying non-formal education methods. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical project-writing exercises, the workshop empowers attendees to confidently transform their creative concepts into funded, cross-cultural mobility experiences that foster active European citizenship.
