‘Professional Wellbeing: Protecting Performance, Passion, and Purpose’ explores how professional and student wellbeing form the foundation for healthy development, positive behaviour, and sustainable learning environments.
This programme combines interactive training workshop sessions with guided school observations. Participants gain practical tools to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people while strengthening their own resilience, professional boundaries, and energy management in demanding helping roles.
The programme integrates current research on emotional development, stress regulation, relational safety, and organisational wellbeing culture. Through hands-on strategies and structured observation in host schools, participants analyse how wellbeing is embedded in daily routines, leadership approaches, and classroom practices. Participants reflect on how environments, relationships, and daily routines influence wellbeing and learn how to create emotionally safe and supportive spaces.
By the end of the week, participants develop a realistic and context-sensitive wellbeing action plan aligned with their own institutional priorities.
This 5-day training course can be funded by your organisation’s Erasmus+ KA1 programme.
