Our school is organising two events to share experiences, good practices and opportunities related to international mobility.
The first, addressed to teachers from lower and upper secondary schools in the local area, will focus on the CLIL methodology and Erasmus+ professional development: a job-shadowing experience at a German secondary school and six methodological training courses at an Erasmus+ training centre in Ireland. Teachers will share their learning, teaching practices and the many positive impacts of such experiences.
The second, aimed at students, will present group and individual mobility experiences funded by Erasmus+, including first-hand testimonies from last year’s participants. The event will also explain the differences between Erasmus+ student mobilities and individual study-abroad programmes offered by organisations such as AFS-Intercultura and other providers, including information on available opportunities and scholarships.
Both events aim to share the results of internationalisation and promote an increasingly European, intercultural school focused on students’ and teachers’ educational and personal growth.
