Women, digital skills and active participation, beyond ageism
EmpowerAge is not just a project about digital skills.
It is a journey to recognise the value of adult women, strengthen confidence, counter ageism and build more inclusive communities — where every age can be an asset, not a limitation.

Purpose of the Event
The primary aim of this event is to promote debate on ageism and the digital divide, drawing on the results of EmpowerAge — a digital skills training project for adult women (over 40) funded under Erasmus+ KA210 ADU.
The event seeks to highlight the training pathway carried out in Italy, Greece and Finland, and to share tools, methodologies and lessons learned that are useful for advancing digital skills, the empowerment of adult women, social participation, the fight against ageism, lifelong learning, inclusion and active citizenship.
The event will be organised as a participatory seminar, with presentations, testimonials, discussion panels and networking opportunities.
