Multicultural Day

Multicultural Day at the Šime Budinić Primary School in Zadar is a traditional event celebrating diversity, inclusion, and the successful integration of students and parents arriving from across Europe and the world. Since the school is regularly attended by children of various nationalities, this day serves as a platform to foster tolerance, develop a sense of community, and learn about respecting intercultural differences.
During these events, held under mottos such as “Diversity That Connects,” students present the customs and countries they come from—such as Ukraine, Syria, Albania, and Germany—through geography, art, and creative workshops, actively contributing to an open and supportive school environment.
