Meet Erasmus+ and Discover Erasmus+ – Erasmus Days Opening Event

The Erasmus Days opening event brings together students, teachers, school leaders and project coordinators from four vocational schools in Daugavpils. The morning begins with the symbolic “Meet Erasmus+” procession, during which students carry large three-dimensional Erasmus+ letters from Dubrovina Park to the Saules skola courtyard.

The official opening features welcoming speeches, a musical performance and a presentation of the week’s programme. Afterwards, the school teams introduce themselves, exchange small gifts and take part in the interactive Kahoot quiz “Discover Erasmus+!”.

The event promotes cooperation, communication, teamwork and digital skills, reflecting the 10th anniversary theme “Learn and Grow: Skills for the Future” and the shared European spirit of Erasmus+
