Life Skills for Europe: The European Challenge is an interactive English-language workshop that will be held for participants from Portugal, Turkiye, Croatia and Greece to celebrate Erasmus Days in 3rd senior high school of Chania. Through a series of engaging team challenges, students will explore and practise essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, decision-making, resilience and intercultural awareness.

The workshop includes real-life problem-solving situations, Would You Rather? discussions, a European country guessing game and a creative team challenge in which students design their own international Erasmus Day. The activities encourage students to communicate in English, share ideas, negotiate, make decisions together and find creative solutions to unexpected situations.

A special focus is placed on Europe and intercultural learning. Students will explore European countries and cultures, discuss different perspectives and consider what skills young people need to participate actively in a diverse European community.

The workshop concludes with individual reflection, allowing students to identify a life skill they would like to develop and reflect on how Erasmus+ and eTwinning can support their personal growth, lifelong learning and active European citizenship.
