The event aims to capitalize on the learning experiences gained by vocational students during Erasmus+ VET internships, focusing on professional skills, personal autonomy, communication, adaptability, and self-confidence.

At the same time, the activity offers teachers the opportunity to apply coaching skills—acquired through Erasmus+ courses under project reference number 2025-1-RO01-KA121-SCH-000321938—in the classroom, utilizing coaching techniques such as active listening, open-ended questioning, constructive feedback, the identification of personal resources, and the setting of development goals.
