Main coordinator: Sanja Kos, Erasmus+ Coordinator
Date:15–16 October 2026
Target groups:Students and teachers of Mate Lovrak Primary School, parents, representatives of other schools, NGOs and institutions, and interested members of the local community
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Erasmus Days, Mate Lovrak Primary School will organise a series of educational, informative and interactive activities aimed at presenting the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme to students, teachers and the wider local community.
The event will focus on promoting international mobility, sharing Erasmus+ experiences and developing key competences and skills for the future, with particular emphasis on foreign language communication, intercultural competence, digital literacy, creativity, cooperation and entrepreneurship.
Students and teachers of Mate Lovrak Primary School will present their experiences of participating in Erasmus+ projects and mobility activities. Through photographs, presentations, students’ work and other materials, visitors will have the opportunity to learn how international experiences contribute to students’ and teachers’ personal, educational and professional development.
A range of workshops related to the Erasmus+ programme and international cooperation will be organised. Through interactive activities, students will develop their communication, digital and intercultural competences while learning more about European cooperation and mobility opportunities. Students will also actively participate in preparing and implementing the event by creating posters, presentations, promotional materials and photo or video content.
A panel discussion/round table will provide Erasmus+ participants with an opportunity to share their experiences, challenges, achievements and the benefits of participating in international mobility projects. Their personal stories will help motivate other students and teachers to become involved in future Erasmus+ activities.
An exhibition of photographs, students’ work and materials created during Erasmus+ projects and mobility activities will present the school’s international experiences and achievements to visitors and the local community.
An interactive Erasmus+ quiz will also be organised to increase participants’ interest and knowledge about the programme. The event will be promoted through the school website and social media in order to reach a wider audience and encourage interaction with the local community.
The Erasmus Days event will also provide an opportunity to **connect the school with other educational institutions, NGOs and local organisations**, exchange ideas and experiences, and create opportunities for future cooperation and new project partnerships.
Through the event, Mate Lovrak Primary School aims to increase the visibility of the Erasmus+ programme within the local community, motivate students and teachers to participate in international activities, and demonstrate the benefits of European cooperation for the development of students, teachers and the school as a whole.
Following the event, an **evaluation will be carried out** through participant questionnaires and feedback. The school will analyse the number and profile of participants, their satisfaction with the activities, the usefulness of the information provided, and their interest in future Erasmus+ mobility opportunities and projects. The results will be used to improve future international cooperation activities and Erasmus+ events.
