International Talents Match

The International Talents Match, organised by garagErasmus Foundation in collaboration with the University of Siena, connects internationally-minded students and recent graduates with companies looking for new talent and internationally experienced profiles.

Participants can meet recruiters through one-to-one interviews, discover career opportunities and showcase the skills gained through Erasmus+, study and traineeship experiences abroad, volunteering and international projects.

The interviews will follow a speed-dating format: you will have approximately 10 minutes with each recruiter to introduce yourself, talk about your background, experiences, skills and career interests, and explain why you could be an interesting profile for their company.
