Bratislava University of Economics and Management

Festival Presentation

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, Bratislava University of Economics and Management will organise an International Fair bringing together Slovak and international students, Erasmus+ participants, university staff and prospective mobility applicants. The event will promote international learning opportunities, intercultural dialogue and the skills students can develop through study and training abroad.

During the fair, participants will explore Erasmus+ destinations and partner universities, meet former mobility participants and hear short first-hand stories about studying, working and living abroad. International students will present their home countries, cultures, languages and educational systems through interactive country stands, photographs, music, quizzes and traditional refreshments.

Visitors will also take part in an Erasmus Skills Challenge focused on intercultural communication, teamwork, entrepreneurship, financial planning and adaptability. An Erasmus+ information point will provide practical guidance on available mobility opportunities, grants, application requirements, recognition of studies and preparation for studying abroad.

Additional activities will include a European map of mobility destinations, a language café, an Erasmus myth-busting quiz, speed networking with international students and alumni, and the “My Future Erasmus Destination” photo challenge.

The International Fair will create an informal and inclusive environment in which students can make international connections, discover new cultures and gain the confidence to participate in Erasmus+. In line with the 2026 Erasmus Days theme, “Union of Skills,” the event will demonstrate how international mobility supports personal, academic and professional development.
