From Learning to Impact – SISERA Erasmus+ Day 2026 is an interactive dissemination and learning event organised by SISERA Greece, bringing together experiences, results and educational practices developed through our Erasmus+ projects and mobility activities.

The event will showcase the work and outcomes of the CREDIT Project, the Y-CHANGE Project, and SISERA’s 2026 Erasmus+ KA1 activities in Adult Education and Youth.

Participants will have the opportunity to move beyond traditional project presentations and actively engage with the results through practical workshops, interactive activities and exchange of experiences. The programme will include a pilot session of the CREDIT MOOC platform, allowing participants to explore and provide feedback on its learning resources related to sustainability and circular economy, as well as activities presenting and exploring the educational tools and resources developed within the Y-CHANGE Project.

Dedicated interactive workshops will also transform the knowledge and experiences gained through SISERA’s KA1 Adult Education and Youth mobilities into practical learning activities, giving participants the opportunity to discover new methodologies, approaches and ideas developed through European mobility and international cooperation.

The event aims to create an open space for learning, participation, exchange and reflection, demonstrating how Erasmus+ experiences can be transformed into practical tools, new skills and meaningful impact at local and European level.

The event is open to young people, adult learners, educators, youth workers, volunteers, NGO members and anyone interested in Erasmus+, non-formal learning, sustainability and European cooperation.
