Food Waste Small Actions Big Impact

This activity is connected with Erasmus+ sustainability priorities. Participants examine preventable food waste in purchasing, storage, preparation, service and plates, then select actions suitable for school kitchens. The activity will produce a food-waste action pledge. It aims to strengthen ecology, participation, communication and European cooperation. Approximately 40 participants are expected.
