Other event

European Skills Lab – Connecting Europe, Building Our Future is an interactive school event organised as part of Erasmus Days 2026. It combines the development of future skills with the presentation of our students’ international eTwinning cooperation and the teacher’s experience gained through Erasmus+ training courses.
Students will actively participate in 6–8 interactive Skills Stations focusing on teamwork, communication in English, creativity, problem solving, digital competence, critical thinking, mathematics in everyday life and intercultural competence. Through practical challenges, students will cooperate, make decisions, solve real-life problems and reflect on the skills they will need in their future. Each participant will receive a European Skills Passport and collect stamps or stickers for completed challenges.
The event will also include Our eTwinning Suitcase, where students will identify what international cooperation can give young people – such as confidence, friendships, independence, creativity, teamwork, tolerance and new ideas – as well as an eTwinning Human Map showing the countries with which our school has cooperated. QR codes will provide access to videos presenting previous international eTwinning activities.
Another part of the event will show how the knowledge, methods and educational approaches gained by the teacher during international Erasmus+ training courses have been transferred into everyday classroom practice. Concrete examples will illustrate the pathway Erasmus+ Training → New Idea → Classroom Adaptation → Student Experience, demonstrating how teacher mobility can benefit the wider school community.
The event aims to show that European cooperation is not only about travelling, but above all about learning from one another, sharing experiences, developing new skills, becoming more open to other cultures and bringing new ideas into everyday school life.

Event motto:
“From international cooperation to future skills – we connect Europe, learn from each other and prepare for the future together.”
