European Learning Steps – Showcasing the Results of the Erasmus+ Programme

The event seeks to showcase the outcomes and achievements resulting from our school’s participation in the European Erasmus+ programme during the 2025–2026 school year. A total of six mobility activities were implemented. Two student mobilities took place in Sicily, Italy, involving 14 students and 2 accompanying teachers in the first group and 15 students and 2 teachers in the second, each lasting 15 days (13 days of activities and 2 travel days). In Braga, Portugal, 15 students and 2 accompanying teachers participated in a 15-day mobility, while another group of 21 students, accompanied by 3 teachers, took part in a mobility of the same duration in Lisbon, Portugal. Additionally, two teacher training mobilities were organised in Valencia, Spain, with 3 teachers participating in the first group and 2 in the second, each lasting 7 days (5 days of activities and 2 travel days).
Through these experiences, students enhanced their teamwork and cooperation abilities, improved their communication skills and self-confidence, and gained a deeper understanding of different cultures and educational approaches. They also strengthened their critical thinking, flexibility and readiness to face new challenges, acquiring valuable experiences for their future studies and careers. Teachers, in turn, explored innovative ways of incorporating technology into different subjects, developed their ICT-supported collaborative teaching practices, became acquainted with Web 2.0 tools, and exchanged knowledge, experiences and effective teaching methods with European colleagues.
