Szkoła Podstawowa im. Wandy Rutkiewicz we Wziąchowie Wielkim
From October 5th to 7th, our school will be immersed in cultures and languages from around the world. As part of the Foreign Languages Day celebrations, students will enjoy a range of activities combining learning with creative play, providing a perfect opportunity to celebrate Erasmus Day. School hallways will gain a unique visual appeal thanks to a colorful garland featuring children of different nationalities. Students will take on the roles of representatives of selected countries through appropriate costumes and mastering traditional greetings, which will be recorded in the school hallways by members of the media club. A music competition will be held, involving identifying languages hidden in a played song. Students will also showcase their artistic talent and knowledge by creating original lapbooks dedicated to different nationalities. Traditional lessons will be made interactive through games and activities related to languages and other countries. A unique setting will be created in the main hall, where in the “European Corner”, created thanks to the Erasmus+ programme, you will be able to read foreign-language press, tourist guides and books on sofas, as well as view an exhibition summarising completed teachers’ mobility projects under the Erasmus+ programme which will be displayed till 15th October.
