ErasmusDays Student Oriantation Meeting

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, Akdeniz University will organise an Orientation Programme for students selected for the 2026 KA131 Student Mobility Project. The programme aims to support students in preparing for their Erasmus+ mobility by providing comprehensive information on the academic, administrative, and practical aspects of their upcoming study period abroad.
The orientation will cover key topics including destination countries and host institutions, course selection and Learning Agreements, academic requirements, application and nomination procedures, visa and insurance requirements, grant and financial matters, required official documents, and other pre-departure procedures.
The event will also provide students with an opportunity to receive guidance from the International Relations Office and to ask questions regarding their mobility process. By bringing together Erasmus+ students and university staff, the programme aims to strengthen students’ awareness of the opportunities and responsibilities associated with Erasmus+ mobility and to contribute to a smooth and well-prepared international study experience.
Through this Erasmus Days event, Akdeniz University seeks to further promote the values of internationalisation, intercultural learning, student mobility, and active participation in the Erasmus+ Programme.
