Erasmus+ week at HLW Biedermannsdorf

As part of the Erasmus+ Days, our school will celebrate the cultural diversity of Europe through a series of culinary activities. Each day, a different European country will be featured in the school canteen, allowing students and staff to discover a variety of European cuisines. Informative posters prepared by the students will present interesting facts about the featured countries, their traditions, and their culinary heritage.

The highlight of the week will be a European Menu on Friday, showcasing dishes from different European countries and demonstrating how food brings people and cultures together.

During the Erasmus+ Days, we will also host our Erasmus Celebration. At this event, participants of the erasmus programm will receive their Europass Mobility Certificates in recognition of their participation in the Erasmus+ programme. In addition, the results of the group mobility project carried out during the last school year will be presented. The theme of the mobility, “Food Connects Europe,” perfectly complements the culinary activities of the Erasmus+ Days. Students will share their experiences and present the outcomes of the project, highlighting how food serves as a universal language that fosters intercultural understanding, strengthens European values, and brings people from different countries together.
