“Erasmus Survival Kit”

Students work in groups and are asked to create a survival kit for a student going on an Erasmus mobility.

The kit should include, for example:

3 things that would help the student feel safe.
3 tips for meeting new people.
3 tips for overcoming language barriers.
3 things they should know about cultural differences.
One “message of courage”.

The activity can end with the question:

“What do we really need when we step into the unknown?”
