Erasmus+ in Practice

Our ErasmusDays event aims to bring Erasmus+ closer to the local educational community of Gyál. We invite teachers and representatives of local educational institutions and kindergartens to discover how Erasmus+ mobility works in practice.
Our colleagues will share their first-hand experiences of different forms of Erasmus+ staff mobility, including teacher training in Dublin and job shadowing in Poland. We will present the whole journey from preparation and participation to professional learning and the implementation of newly acquired ideas and methods in everyday educational practice.
Through personal experiences, photos and practical examples, we would like to show how international mobility can contribute not only to teachers’ professional development, but also to the development of the whole school community.
The event will also provide an opportunity for professional dialogue, exchange of experiences and stronger cooperation between educational institutions in Gyál. Our aim is to encourage other educators and institutions to explore the opportunities offered by Erasmus+ and perhaps take their first steps towards European cooperation.
