Erasmus Festival: Around Europe in 60 Minutes

Our Erasmus Festival 2026, entitled “Around Europe in 60 Minutes”, is a dynamic and interactive event designed to celebrate the values and opportunities of the Erasmus+ programme within our school community.
Throughout the event, students will take part in a series of engaging stations focused on languages, European cultures, mobility experiences, teamwork, solidarity and the development of key competences for the future. Activities will include a European language challenge, an Erasmus suitcase activity, a “Skills for Tomorrow” wall, a Europe quiz and treasure hunt, Erasmus mobility stories, and an Erasmus-themed photocall.
Students and teachers who have previously participated in Erasmus+ mobilities will also share their experiences and encourage other students to discover the personal, academic and intercultural benefits of taking part in an international mobility.
The festival aims to promote European identity, multilingualism, intercultural awareness, inclusion, cooperation and active citizenship, while highlighting how Erasmus+ can help young people develop communication skills, independence, adaptability, teamwork and confidence.
Our students will play an active role in the organisation of the event as “Erasmus Ambassadors”, helping to run the different stations and welcoming participants.
Through this initiative, we want our school community to experience Erasmus+ not simply as an opportunity to travel, but as a powerful way to learn, connect, grow and contribute to a more open, inclusive and collaborative Europe.
