„Erasmus Days – Open Your World!”

The “Erasmus Days – Open Your World!” activity aims to gather and organize the ideas, strategies, innovative methods, and resources brought back by teachers from international Erasmus+ mobility programs, transforming them into an interactive visual map accessible to the entire staff—the “Mosaic of Best Practices: Erasmus+ Visual Network.” It fosters direct engagement: on a large display board in the staff room, teachers do more than just leave symbolic marks; they collaboratively build a best-practice guide by affixing color-coded “resource cards”:
• Yellow – Technology & Digitalization: Accessible apps, adaptive educational software, and digital tools useful in special education.
• Blue – Behavioral Management: Techniques for managing oppositional behavior and strategies for emotional self-regulation.
• Green – Natural & Sensory Therapies: Ideas for outdoor activities, experiential learning, and nature-based therapy.
• Orange – Communication & Inclusion: Augmentative and alternative communication methods (PECS, pictograms), curricular adaptations, and tactile materials.
Ultimately, the board becomes a giant infographic displayed within the school, synthesizing the collective experience of the Școala Gimnazială Specială Târgoviște team.
