Exhibition Round table

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, ten 7th-grade students from Școala Gimnazială Nr. 7 Galați participated in an engaging educational activity dedicated to the essential skills needed for tomorrow’s world.
Under the theme “Learning and growing: skills for tomorrow,” students explored ten key competences: teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, digital skills, green skills, communication, empathy, problem-solving, cultural awareness and adaptability. Through interactive challenges, discussions and collaborative tasks, they reflected on how these skills can help them become more confident, responsible, creative and active European citizens.
The activity also included the creation of a colourful Future Skills exhibition, featuring specially designed flashcards that highlighted the importance of each competence in everyday life, school and future careers. The exhibition encouraged students to recognise their strengths, appreciate different perspectives and understand that learning is a lifelong process.
By combining cooperation, creativity and reflection, the activity promoted European values, personal development and a positive attitude towards change and lifelong learning. It reminded students that the future is not simply something to prepare for, but something they can actively shape through the skills they develop today.
