Humans vs. AI in Language Learning – The Great 7th-Grade Debate!
As part of our upcoming Erasmus Days, our 7th-grade students will soon face a fascinating and highly relevant question: Does learning foreign languages still make sense in the age of instant AI translators? We are planning an exciting debate where students will split into two camps. One side will defend the power of technology, arguing that AI can handle any translation in milliseconds. The opposing team will focus on the human element, proving that while AI translates words, only humans can translate emotions, humor, and cultural nuances – the very core of the Erasmus+ spirit.This debate aims to develop our students’ critical thinking, public speaking, and digital literacy.
