IES Trevenque
ERASMUS DAYS 2026 AT IES TREVENQUE
From 12 to 17 October 2026, IES Trevenque will join the celebration of Erasmus Days, a European
initiative that highlights the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme and promotes
knowledge, cooperation and shared European values.
The IES Trevenque Students Club will organise a series of interactive activities for students, giving
them the opportunity to discover Europe in a fun and engaging way while learning more about its
countries, cultural diversity and the European Union.
A large map of Europe
A large map of Europe will be displayed, including all European countries, not only those belonging
to the European Union. Students will use pieces showing the flag and name of each country and
will have to attach them with Velcro to the correct place on the map.
How well do you know European flags?
Another challenge will focus on the flags of European countries. Students will have to work out their
correct colours, colour them in and then decide which countries are members of the European
Union and which are not.
Europe through its icons
Landmarks, symbols, flags, coats of arms, characters and traditional costumes will provide a different
way of exploring Europe. Using a large illustrated activity sheet, students will have to identify the
different icons and match them to the corresponding countries.
The school will also be decorated with Erasmus Days 2026 posters and the special design created
for the IES Trevenque Students Club.
Through these activities, Erasmus Days will provide an opportunity to discover Europe, learn
through play and strengthen the sense of belonging to a diverse and shared European
community.
