ERASMUS DAYS: EUROPEAN LANGUAGES & TASTE JOURNEY is an interactive, multi-sensory educational event designed specifically for VET culinary students (future chefs) at the A2 English proficiency level. Held in celebration of Erasmus Days, this 60-minute workshop bridges the gap between gastronomy, language acquisition, and intercultural awareness.
Through a dynamic combination of team challenges, language stations, taste assessments, and menu design, participants embark on a culinary journey across Europe—exploring countries, traditional dishes, tasting profiles, and essential phrases in six European languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, and Polish).
