Erasmus Days – Europe and Beyond: Our Erasmus+ Journey

As part of Erasmus Days, our school will organise a special event celebrating the countries, cultures and experiences we have discovered through our previous Erasmus+ mobilities, international projects, training courses and partnerships.
The school will be transformed into an international meeting place where students and teachers can travel around Europe and beyond without leaving the school. Different stalls will represent countries that our students and teachers have visited during Erasmus+ activities. Each stall will introduce visitors to the country through traditional cuisine, photographs, interesting facts, music, culture and personal experiences from the mobilities.
Students who participated in Erasmus+ mobilities will become guides and ambassadors. They will share their experiences, present what they learned, talk about their host schools and families, and explain how taking part in an international mobility helped them develop their language skills, independence, confidence, intercultural awareness and European identity.
The programme will also include presentations, interactive workshops, quizzes, games and cultural activities. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste traditional food, learn basic expressions in different languages, discover cultural traditions and take part in challenges connected with the countries presented.
The event will not only celebrate our previous Erasmus+ experiences but will also introduce the opportunities offered by the programme to students who have not yet participated. Through the stories and experiences of their classmates and teachers, we hope to motivate more young people to become involved in international activities, discover other cultures and become active members of the European community.
Above all, our Erasmus Days event will demonstrate that Erasmus+ is much more than travelling: it is about learning, friendship, cooperation, cultural understanding and bringing Europe into our school.
