To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Erasmus Days, Zvonimir Frank Primary School in Kutina will organise a series of educational, informative and interactive activities aimed at presenting the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme and highlighting the importance of European cooperation, mobility and lifelong learning.

The event will focus on raising awareness of Erasmus+ opportunities and promoting the development of competences and skills that are important for students and teachers in a rapidly changing world. Particular attention will be given to foreign language communication, intercultural understanding, digital skills, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and active citizenship.

Students and teachers of Primary School will present international activities and mobility programmes. Through presentations, photographs, students’ work, videos and other materials, visitors will learn more about the benefits of international cooperation and how Erasmus+ experiences contribute to personal growth, learning, professional development and openness towards other cultures.

During the event, a variety of interactive workshops connected with European cooperation and Erasmus+ will be organised. Students will have the opportunity to participate in activities that encourage communication, creativity, collaboration, digital literacy and intercultural learning. Students will also take an active role in preparing and promoting the event by designing posters, presentations, promotional materials, quizzes and digital content.

An interactive Erasmus+ quiz will also be organised. Through questions, games and team challenges, participants will learn interesting facts about the European Union, Erasmus+, participating countries, European cultures and international cooperation. The activity will encourage teamwork and make learning about Erasmus+ engaging and accessible to students of different ages.

The Erasmus Days activities will be promoted through the school website, social media and other school communication channels. This will help increase the visibility of the event and enable the school to share its Erasmus+ experiences with parents, other schools and the wider local community.

The event will also provide an opportunity for Zvonimir Frank Primary School to strengthen cooperation with other educational institutions, NGOs, local organisations and community stakeholders. By exchanging experiences and ideas, the school aims to create new contacts and explore possibilities for future cooperation, joint activities and Erasmus+ project partnerships.

Through Erasmus Days 2026, Zvonimir Frank Primary School aims to increase awareness of the Erasmus+ programme, encourage students and teachers to participate in international learning opportunities, promote European values and intercultural understanding, and demonstrate the positive impact of international cooperation on the development of individuals and the school community.

Following the event, participants will be invited to provide feedback through short questionnaires and informal evaluation activities. The school will analyse participation, satisfaction with the activities, the usefulness of the information provided and participants’ interest in future Erasmus+ mobility opportunities and projects. The feedback and results will be used to improve future Erasmus+ activities and strengthen the school’s international cooperation.
