Erasmus Days: A Mosaic of International Experiences and Visions

This event, organized as part of Erasmus Days, focuses on sharing the experiences and long-term benefits of a completed project dedicated to volunteering and supporting Ukrainian refugees. Looking back since the project’s official conclusion, we will evaluate how this international experience has advanced our organization and realistically influenced our daily operations.

In addition to the direct impacts of the project itself, we will look at how managing and leading it has shaped us as an organization. We will demonstrate how this opportunity enabled us to introduce more effective methods into our internal processes and communication. We will present specific new workflows, innovative methods, and know-how that we brought back from international mobilities and successfully integrated into our daily practice. Finally, we will outline our future plans and visions for upcoming international projects and further collaboration.
