As part of Erasmus Days, our school will organise a series of activities to promote the Erasmus+ Programme, raise awareness of European values and cultural diversity, and encourage international cooperation and lifelong learning.
Throughout the event, informative posters, displays, written materials and decorations introducing Erasmus+ projects will be exhibited on the school noticeboards and in the corridors. Students and visitors will have the opportunity to explore different European countries through country-themed objects, photographs, traditional costumes, local dishes and cultural displays. Traditional folk music and culinary specialities from various European countries will also be presented to celebrate Europe’s rich cultural heritage.
In addition, a variety of fun and educational English-language games, competitions and interactive activities will be organised to improve students’ language skills, encourage active participation and promote intercultural understanding.
A special part of the event will be dedicated to introducing our school’s newly approved and grant-funded Erasmus+ KA122 Short-Term Mobility Project for School Education, which will be implemented during the current school year. Information about the project’s objectives, planned activities and expected outcomes will be shared with participants to raise awareness of the learning, teaching and professional development opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme.
The event will bring together our school’s teachers and students, as well as school principals and teachers from neighbouring schools, representatives of the Erasmus+ Department of the Provincial Directorate of National Education, and the District Director of National Education. By bringing together members of the educational community, Erasmus Days will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen cooperation, celebrate European diversity and inspire future Erasmus+ projects.
Through these activities, our school aims to foster European awareness, intercultural dialogue, inclusion, active participation and a stronger sense of belonging to the European community.
