From October 12 to 17, 2026, “Hristo Botev” Primary School in Dobrich will mark the 10th anniversary edition of the #ErasmusDays initiative with an innovative format: “Erasmus Cinema & Workshop: Eco and STEM Cinema-Café.” The initiative is designed for students in the lower secondary stage (Grades 5–7) and will take place over three consecutive days, with each day dedicated to a different key theme: Day 1: “Erasmus Cinema” (Screening and interactive discussion – 15 min.) Activity: Two or three very short, dynamic, and inspiring European videos (2–3 minutes each) focusing on youth innovation, environmental protection, and STEM discoveries are projected on a screen. Mini-game: Immediately after the videos, students answer 5 quick questions on their phones using Kahoot! or Quizizz (or by raising colored A/B/C cards). Day 2: “Green School & Ecology” Cinema-Café – A film session dedicated to environmental protection, followed by a team task to create models of an “Eco-School of the Future” using 100% recyclable materials. Day 3: “European Mural (Erasmus Photo & Wall of Wishes)” (10 min.) Activity: A large white board or sheet of cardboard on the wall, titled “My School in Europe.” Students stick colorful notes (Post-its) featuring their ideas for new STEM clubs, eco-initiatives, and messages of tolerance and friendship. Day 4: Grand Finale & “Erasmus Wall of Wishes” – announcement of results, presentation of certificates, sharing messages for the future on the “Wall of Wishes,” and a themed photo session. The event aims to combine youth film culture with applied sciences, ecology, and European values within an inclusive and inspiring school environment.
