Erasmus+ Beyond Mobility: Skills for Tomorrow

Erasmus+ Beyond Mobility: Skills for Tomorrow is an interactive student-focused event designed to demonstrate how Erasmus+ participation can contribute not only to international mobility but also to the development of transferable skills essential for academic, professional and personal growth. Through practical activities, discussions and real-life examples, students will explore skills such as intercultural communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, digital literacy and initiative. The event will also highlight how international experiences can strengthen students’ employability and help them navigate an increasingly international and dynamic labour market. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own skills and identify opportunities within Erasmus+ and other international activities to further develop their competences.
