“Erasmus+ Across Borders: Taste, Share, Discover! – Erasmus Days at GAV”
As part of Erasmus Days, GAV will organise an interactive school event celebrating international cooperation, mobility experiences and European cultural diversity.
The programme will connect our Erasmus+ partner countries – **Germany, Slovakia and Spain** – through food, personal experiences, multimedia and an interactive quiz.
Students and teachers will have an opportunity to **discover the cuisine of the partner countries through a special Erasmus+ food experience featuring typical dishes, snacks or traditional specialities from Germany, Slovakia and Spain. The activity will create an informal and enjoyable way of learning about the cultures represented in our Erasmus+ partnerships.
Another important part of the programme will focus on sharing Erasmus+ mobility experiences. Photos and short videos from previous student and staff mobilities will be combined into a dynamic Erasmus+ video presenting memorable moments, activities, partner schools, cultural experiences and international friendships. Participants will also share their feedback and reflections on what Erasmus+ mobility has brought them personally, academically and culturally. The resulting video will be presented at school and shared publicly through the school’s social media channels to promote Erasmus+ opportunities and inspire other students to participate.
To make the event even more interactive, students will take part in an **Erasmus+ Partner Countries Quiz** using an online platform such as Kahoot. Questions will focus on Germany, Slovakia and Spain, including their culture, geography, traditions, languages, food and interesting facts connected with our partner institutions and Erasmus+ activities.
The most successful quiz participants will receive **small Erasmus+ and EU prizes and promotional gifts**.
Through a combination of **Taste – Share – Discover**, the event will celebrate European identity, intercultural learning and the opportunities Erasmus+ provides for students and teachers. It will also encourage the wider school community to become involved in international activities and future mobilities.
