Erasmus+ 5×5 – Five Students, Five Mobility Stories is an ErasmusDays event organised by Šolski center Škofja Loka, bringing Erasmus+ mobility experiences closer to students through authentic peer-to-peer stories.
Five students who have participated in different Erasmus+ mobility activities will each have five minutes to share their personal experience. They will talk about where they went, what they did and learned, what surprised or challenged them, and how the mobility contributed to their professional, personal and intercultural development.
The students will represent different types of Erasmus+ mobility, including work-based learning in companies, vocational training, group mobility and professional modules at partner schools abroad.
Rather than using formal presentations, the event will focus on personal stories, practical experiences, and an open discussion with other students. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about living and working abroad, communication in a foreign language, professional training, travelling and everyday life during an Erasmus+ mobility.
The main aim of Erasmus+ 5×5 is to encourage students who have not yet participated in international mobility to discover the opportunities offered by Erasmus+, while giving former participants an opportunity to share their experiences and inspire their peers.
The event will highlight the message that Erasmus+ is not only about travelling abroad – it is about learning, gaining professional experience, becoming more independent, meeting people from different cultures and discovering Europe together.
