Embracing Europe!

On October 17th, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, our high school will host a dynamic event celebrating the ErasmusDays, focusing on the core themes of European citizenship, democratic values, and youth empowerment.
The morning is designed to be highly interactive and student-led. We will open the event with an engaging icebreaker quiz on European trivia, followed by our main dissemination activity: a “Human Library.” During this session, students who have recently returned from Erasmus+ mobilities will act as “living books,” sharing their personal journeys, cultural discoveries, and academic growth directly with their peers in small, informal discussion groups.
The second half of the morning will transition from personal experiences to collective values. Students will participate in a European Parliament simulation, debating active citizenship and voting on key issues that affect the future of youth in Europe. The event will conclude with a collaborative brainstorming session where students will map out their future aspirations on a “My Next Destination” wall, fostering a sense of shared European identity and inspiring the next generation of Erasmus+ participants.
