ECOLE project for Exercise Oncoligy Outdoor

From 11 to 15 October, several activities will take place as part of Metadinamiche, an initiative organised by Komen Italia and the Onconauti Association, with the support of the European Erasmus+ ECOLE project.

Metadinamiche is a 50-kilometre trekking journey dedicated to women living with metastatic breast cancer. It is an immersive experience that combines physical activity with integrative therapies in a natural environment, promoting participants’ psychological and physical well-being and improving their quality of life.

During the initiative, the ECOLE project will share the findings of the studies conducted within the project with the specialists involved, who are also members of the project consortium. The aim is to contribute to the well-being of the participating women and highlight the role of physical exercise as an integral part of cancer care and support.
