As part of #ErasmusDays 2026, we are excited to celebrate the spirit of European solidarity, healthy living, and community engagement through our Eco Move project, implemented within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme.

Our event, “10,000 Steps Towards a Healthier Europe!”, brings together students, teachers, parents, young volunteers, and community members in a shared challenge to promote physical activity, well-being, and healthier everyday habits.

We encourage participants to take part in the 10,000 Steps Challenge, discovering how small daily actions can lead to positive changes in physical and mental health.

🌟 What will happen during our ErasmusDays event?

👣 Walk Together, Grow Together – A community walking activity bringing students, teachers, parents, and volunteers together to celebrate movement, friendship, and solidarity.

🌍 Steps Across Europe – A symbolic European journey where participants combine their steps to virtually travel across European countries, discovering the importance of cooperation, diversity, and unity.

🤝 Every Step Counts – An inclusive team challenge encouraging everyone to participate according to their abilities, promoting mutual support, teamwork, and positive motivation.

Through this event, we aim to demonstrate how young people and ESC volunteers can inspire positive changes in their communities, encouraging healthier lifestyles, active participation, and stronger connections between generations.

We believe that movement is more than physical activity. It is an opportunity to connect people, build friendships, promote inclusion, and create a healthier and more united Europe.
