Echoes of Europe – songs & tales from every corner (2)

Each teacher selected a famous folktale from a European country to study with their pupils. They created an explanatory poster setting out the initial situation, the catalyst, the plot twists, the resolution and the moral.
They also produced a fact sheet on their chosen country: general information, geography, symbols (flag, coat of arms, motto…), culture and traditions, iconic places
amusing anecdotes, surprising facts… and learnt a song in the language of the country they studied, as well as the European anthem. All this work will be presented at a concert and an exhibition for the school’s parents on Friday 16 October at 4.45 pm.
