Ecole Sainte Famille

Exhibition Meeting Other event Presentation

To celebrate Erasmus Days 2026, École Sainte Famille in Marvejols, France, is inviting its pupils to discover the richness of languages and cultures through two complementary projects.

Cycle 1 (Preschool) – Meeting Our European Partners
As part of our eTwinning project “My Body, My Strength”, our youngest pupils will discover five European partner countries: Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia and Slovenia.
Through photos, games and language activities, children will get to know their European partners, their schools and their cultures.

Cycle 2 (Primary School) – One Story, Many Languages!
Families will be invited to share their languages and cultures with the children.
They will tell a familiar French fairy tale in their home language and introduce a cultural tradition or special feature of their country of origin, whether European or from another part of the world.
These activities will celebrate the linguistic and cultural diversity of our school community.

Opening Our School to Europe and the World
Through these experiences, we aim to encourage curiosity, respect, cultural awareness and friendship from an early age.

Our Year 6 pupils (CM1/CM2) will also celebrate Erasmus Days through a separate event exploring the 27 countries of the European Union, their flags and songs.
