Discover Europe

Discover Europe: Learn, Explore & Play! is an interactive ErasmusDays activity designed for primary school students.

The activity consists of two interactive boards placed opposite each other. The first board introduces selected European countries through a map of Europe, flags, capitals, landmarks, greetings and interesting cultural facts.

The second board transforms this information into fun and interactive learning activities. Some information from the first board is intentionally left blank, and students complete the missing information by exploring, matching, guessing and answering questions.

Through games, matching activities, quizzes and simple challenges, students will use the information they have discovered to learn more about European countries and cultures.

The activity aims to raise students’ awareness of European cultural diversity, encourage curiosity about other countries, promote learning through play and support foreign language learning at an early age.
