The event stems from the Erasmus+ job shadowing experience carried out by teachers at the Mouistola Koulu school in Sastamala, Finland. Through photographs, testimonials, and a brief discussion with the students, some of the observed educational practices will be shared, with a particular focus on autonomy, inclusion, experiential learning, and sustainability. The initiative aims to promote the European dimension of the school and leverage Erasmus+ as an opportunity for growth, exchange, and educational innovation.
