As part of the Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project “How is the Weather Tomorrow?” (Project No: 2024-2-PL01-KA210-SCH-00026494), 75. Yıl Karabük Anadolu Lisesi (Türkiye) actively participated in an international online workshop hosted by the coordinating school from Poland.
On September 24, 2026, students and educators from Poland, Türkiye, Hungary, and Latvia gathered virtually to tackle one of the most critical issues of our era: climate change.
Under the guidance of English Teacher Sevil Gürsoy and Erasmus Project Coordinator Yalçın Aksoy, Turkish students engaged in interactive discussions and activities focused on:
Raising awareness about global climate change and its ecological impacts.
Understanding personal and school-wide carbon footprints and exploring actionable ways to reduce them.
Fostering international collaboration, digital readiness, and intercultural dialogue among European youth.
This #ErasmusDays event highlighted the power of transnational cooperation in empowering the young generation to become responsible, climate-conscious European citizens.
