Challenges and Support for Early Career Teachers in their Transition from Education to Profession

Participants will gain an understanding of how the transition from student to teacher works in different European contexts, how the process is perceived by stakeholders, and what kind of challenges and support new teachers can expect. This is a workshop. The event is organised in the context of the TRANSiT project.
