CEC – Convention Monde Académique – Session 4

The fourth session of the Convention Monde Académique will take place at the Campus de la Transition mid-October 2026.

Entitled “Cooperate and Scale Up”, this session will bring together a community of 70 higher education leaders and 13 students committed to transforming higher education in response to ecological and social challenges.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience the Convention’s collective approach and methodology, and to discover the progress made on a shared sectoral roadmap for the ecological transformation of higher education.

This session will also mark an important milestone: the launch of the European dimension of the initiative, together with our European partners UMONS (Belgium) and INEDIT (Spain).

Building on the experience of the Convention Monde Académique, the ambition is to develop and test a co-construction methodology and innovative pedagogical tools that empower higher education decision-makers to lead ecological transformation within their institutions.

Through European cooperation, the project will contribute to aligning governance, curricula and skills development with the challenges of the ecological transition and the GreenComp framework, while building a transnational community of practice and creating tools that can be replicated across Europe.
