Exhibition Festival Presentation

As part of ErasmusDays 2026, Kuşadası Sustainable Development Association will participate in the Erasmus+ Festival organised by the Aydın Provincial Directorate of National Education on 16 October 2026 to showcase our Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project, **”CAST-F – Climate Action to Save the Future.”**

Implemented between May 2025 and April 2027, our project brings together organisations from Poland, Türkiye, Portugal and Croatia to raise awareness of climate change, promote sustainable lifestyles, develop green and digital skills, and encourage young people to take meaningful action for the environment.

During the event, we will present the achievements of our project so far, including two international learning mobilities successfully carried out in Türkiye and Portugal.

The first mobility, **”Teaching for Climate Action: Empowering Educators with Web 2.0 Tools,”** was hosted in Türkiye by dr fevzi sch. It focused on integrating digital educational tools into climate education, promoting sustainable practices at home and strengthening teachers’ competencies in environmental education.

The second mobility, **”Sustainability,”** took place in Portugal, bringing international participants together to explore environmental responsibility, creative recycling, upcycling and sustainable living through collaborative learning experiences.

We will also showcase our local environmental activities, including tree and olive sapling planting, environmental clean-up campaigns, plastic waste collection, recycled art exhibitions, creative workshops using natural materials and outdoor environmental awareness activities.

Visitors will be introduced to our project’s educational resources and outputs, including Web 2.0 teaching materials, sustainability information for teachers and parents, recycled art activities, awareness-raising materials and digital resources developed through international cooperation. We will also present the partnership’s work towards a virtual recycled-art exhibition, interactive quizzes, a climate change glossary, a project song, newsletters and other dissemination materials.

Looking ahead, we will introduce the remaining project activities, including green energy and climate action initiatives, collaborative educational resources, further environmental awareness campaigns and the final project exhibition and dissemination activities.

Through banners, photographs, student creations, digital presentations and face-to-face interaction, we aim to share our experiences and results with students, teachers, parents, educational institutions, local authorities, representatives of Provincial and District Directorates of National Education, civil society organisations and the wider public.

Our main goal is to inspire climate-conscious behaviour, encourage active environmental citizenship, promote innovative and sustainable educational practices, and ensure that the knowledge, experiences and resources developed through CAST-F reach a wider community and create a lasting impact beyond the project’s lifetime.
