«Bonjour, Madame»: languages, AI and service across generations and borders

Presentation of the Erasmus+ and Service-Learning project of the 4th-year secondary students (4.º ESO) of Colegio Nuestra Señora del Huerto. Throughout the 2026-2027 school year, 52 students will hold conversations in French with French-speaking residents of the Casa de la Misericordia care home in Pamplona, preparing each encounter in three ways: with an AI assistant that gives answers, with one that only asks questions, and without screens. Students will present the project, the cooperative roles and the question at its heart: when does AI help us learn, and when does it simply do the work for us? The event also opens the Erasmus+ exchange with the Lycée Hector Berlioz (Vincennes, France), whose students will visit Pamplona in May 2027.
