Bieg Erasmusa

As part of Erasmus Days 2026, we are organising the Erasmus Run – an event promoting physical activity, a healthy lifestyle and social integration among young people.

The aim of the event is to encourage students to be more physically active in their everyday lives and to raise awareness of the importance of movement for physical and mental well-being.

The run is also an opportunity to share the experiences and results of our Erasmus+ project, which focuses on the problem of low physical activity among young people.

Through this initiative, we want to show that physical activity is for everyone, regardless of fitness level or sporting ability. The event promotes cooperation, inclusion, positive energy and the European values of solidarity and togetherness.
