At IIS “G. Falcone – A. Righi”, Erasmus+ is more than an opportunity to travel: it is a powerful catalyst for personal growth, educational innovation, social inclusion and European citizenship.
B.R.I.D.G.E.S. to Europe celebrates our school’s commitment to building meaningful connections between people, cultures, educational pathways and professional opportunities through our Erasmus+ accreditations in School Education (SCH) and Vocational Education and Training (VET).
Inspired by our vision of education as a transformative, inclusive and lifelong journey, the initiative highlights how international mobility, intercultural dialogue, digital innovation, sustainable development and work-related learning contribute to developing the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Through students’ and teachers’ mobility experiences, interactive workshops, project showcases, digital storytelling and peer-to-peer exchanges, participants will explore the impact of Erasmus+ on learning, teaching and school development.
Special attention will be given to bridging the gap between formal education and real-life experiences, promoting equal opportunities, strengthening employability and encouraging active participation in a democratic, inclusive and sustainable Europe.
The event will also showcase the synergies between Erasmus+, eTwinning, CLIL, digital education and interdisciplinary learning, demonstrating how European cooperation can enrich both general and vocational education.
B.R.I.D.G.E.S. to Europe reflects our belief that internationalisation should not be an isolated experience for a few, but a shared educational opportunity that benefits the entire school community.
