Art as a Tool for Connection | Erasmus Art Bridge Dissemination Event

This interactive dissemination activity is inspired by the Erasmus+ Training Course “Erasmus Spectrum of Possibilities: Art as a Bridge to Unity, Connection and Well-Being.”

It will introduce participants to the project and its creative approach to using art, movement and non-formal learning as tools for self-expression, connection, communication and well-being.

Through dance, creative drawing, non-verbal communication and interactive group activities, participants will have the opportunity to explore how art can bring people together, encourage mutual understanding and help us express feelings and ideas beyond words.

The activity will also share the project’s experience, methods and results, showing how creative activities can be used to foster inclusion, connection and personal well-being.

It is open to everyone, and no previous artistic or dance experience is required. Participants are invited to move, create, connect and reflect in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
